Production Description Moonbase TV is an advanced After-School Young Entrepreneurial Development program for a select group of talent that aspires to share, act and have aspirations to become a 'youtuber'. We aim to use Moonbase TV as a way to help reach kids at home and in remote locations, all over the world. Productions will cover proprietary classes for private Remote After-School Program, as well as public educational content to be shared on Social Media. We are looking for a special group of children that likes to engage fully, present, talks inquisitively, and loves tinkering with crafts/science/maths/chess/computers/plants and sports. This group of little stars will be the story tellers for Moonbase. Program Overview Daily fun developmental activities and challenges that are recorded and shared with Remote learners on our Remote-After School program. We will also make productions for public consumption. On camera training will be provided along with Film Orientation training to prepare them for film work on bigger sets. Soft skills development and preparation for: Acting, Singing. How to audition. Voice-over techniques. Learn to read scripts, engage in dialogue and add lib. Confidence building, Presenting & News reading. On-camera techniques and set etiquette. These fundamental on camera experiences will prepare them for Film, TVC and public speaking opportunities later in life. All cast signed up to Moonbase TV, will also be signed up to the Moonbase TV Booking Agency, we will work to create a portfolio of happy faces to present to Film/TVC agencies and find your child some real acting jobs as a side hustle. Type of Production Video, Reality, Series-Production, educational content. Roles Kids Ages 5-8: No specific roles are established at this time. Fluent in English. The starting group will all get on the same playing field to start. Front of camera character and personality development will be catered for and they will be assigned roles based on their growth in confidence and delivery. Qualified Female Teacher that would like to explore her Presenter/acting skills Ages: 20 -30, fluent in English. Apply here. Production Dates Monday to Friday from after school till 5pm'ish. Production is estimated to start in October 2022. Location Fourways, Johannesburg , ZA Payment The Moonbase After School Entrepreneurial Development Program is for the parent's account. 49% of Moonbase TV will be allocated to Media Rights Distribution Profit Share for the kids. This will be proportionally managed on revenue streams and screentime they participated in, and they will receive lifetime earning rights to the content they helped generate.
